HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT
Upon registration a confirmation email will be sent. Within 7 days of
registration your invoice will be forwarded via email, payment can be made either by bank transfer or credit card and should be made
within 14 days of receipt.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Cancellations received on or before 31st May 2013:
refund of registration fee minus an administrative charge of €50 (including VAT).
2. Cancellations received between 1st June 2013 and 14th June 2013:
refund of registration fee minus an administrative charge of €300 (including VAT).
3. Cancellations received 15th June 2013 and after: no refund will be given.
All refunds will be processed after the Convention.
