FESE response to the Commission consultation on the EU follow-on & growth issuance prospectuses

On 2nd May 2025, FESE responded to the European Commission’s Consultation on the EU follow-on and the EU growth issuance prospectuses (here).

In its response, FESE supported the EU Follow-on and Growth Issuance prospectuses with a standardised format and sequence in plain English which would help investors in their investment decisions, including on a cross-border basis. FESE also supported that both prospectuses should be aligned with the full prospectus, provided that the overall follow-on and growth issuance prospectuses remain more simplified.
